Keystone World Music Festival is Dancing, Drumming & Jet Setting!

The World Music Festival is this Saturday June 26, 2010 at the River Run in Keystone. Expect a cultural collision of live music, international market, artwork, dancing and delicious worldly cuisine.

Experience a new brew or spirit at the International Beer Garden, visit 18 countries as you play the mini golf course and let the kids go wild at the MarKIDplace full of adventures, activities and live entertainment! The night of celebration will end with a spectacular fireworks display!

The music line up will keep you dancing all night with the Jus Goodie Band at 3pm, Janine Santana at 5:15 and BOOM SHAKA at 7:30 with fireworks following!

Breckenridge is Hosting the Celtic Festival! New this Year!

Grab your lucky dancing shoes and get ready for an awesome evening celebrating the Celtic way in Breckenridge! Introducing the 1st annual Celtic Festival! The Celtic Festival will be an incredible mix of fabulous food vendors, yummy beers, and of course some good ol’ Celtic Rock that will get you jumping and dancing.

The event is set for Aug. 28, 2010 at the Main Street Station from 12-6pm. The music will blow your socks off with openers Potcheen and headlining, The Young Dubliners, who are known for rocking the stage and staying true to the Celtic style music. You will be able to drown your thirst in the Guinness Beer Garden and rev back up with Red Bull!

Kids’ Discovery Days in Keystone are Ready for Summer!

Get the kids ready because all their favorite summer activities are back!

This Summer, beginning today June 15th, on every Tuesday you can explore all the fun at the Kids’ Discovery Days. Located in the River Run area, kids get to live it up with all kinds of kid specific fun!

Let them be amazed with the magic shows, or show off their singing with the musician. The entertainers change weekly so the little ones will always have some new songs! And even get them up close to see their favorite zoo animals! So head out on Tuesdays to show the kids something new and fun!

The Discovery Days start at 11am every Tuesday through out the summer until Aug. 10, 2010. Free parking is available at the River Run Lots, located just off Gondola Road. Keystone resort does note that dates, times, and locations are subject to change at any time. And unfortunately all pets are prohibited.

Breckenridge Festival of Film: 30th Year in the Making

The Breckenridge Festival of Film began yesterday June 10th and is running until June 13th. And there is more than enough to do and see- actually if you make it to all the events we want to know how you did it. See highlighted films that you shouldn't miss.

The Film Festival is in its 30th year and just like many a non-profits it has always had an interesting time keeping the bank account full, but despite the challenges, the maturity and age of this film festival makes it stand out.
